Kakadu Calm is our latest Raw Honey creation, infused with Kakadu plum and Lemon Myrtle. Often called a “superfruit,” Kakadu plum boasts the highest known natural concentration of vitamin C—up to 100 times more than an orange—making it a powerful antioxidant that has a great reputation to strengthen the immune system and protects cells from oxidative stress. Lemon myrtle, rich in citral, offers potent antimicrobial, antifungal, and antiviral benefits, known to support respiratory health, easing sore throats, and promoting relaxation. Together, these Australian botanicals create a potent duo that boosts immunity, enhances skin health, and promotes overall wellbeing. Only ½ teaspoon per day is needed, as it’s incredibly concentrated and naturally powerful.
 
We take our time, infusing each batch with care and attention. Over a two-week period, the medicinal constituents of the bush foods slowly release into the viscous, raw honey. The delicate, healing bush tucker must remain fully submerged throughout the process, which means the infusion barrel is gently rolled on a regular basis to ensure a consistent and effective Kakadu calm raw honey.
 
Our Raw honey is packaged in attractive square jars with easy on the eye labelling. We chose glass jars for environmental reasons as it’s a re-usable vessel and does not contribute to the worlds growing plastic problem.
