Fergo's Farm Creamed Raw Honey is made using the traditional method our grandparents used to follow. We ensure our 100% natural Raw Honey is churned (not air whipped) and then pot set for fourteen days at a set temperature. This allows us to control the growth of the crystallisation ensuring the end result is a smooth creamy texture with full flavour. As our Raw Honey comes from nectar gathered by bees from blossoms, the flavour and colour will change throughout the seasons.
Please be aware that Creamed Raw Honey needs to be refrigerated or it will go back to a more liquid Raw Honey form. We can post it out however we strongly recommend that where possible, it's best to buy it direct from Fergo's Farm at the markets.
