    Arnica (Arnica Montana) - Arnica is often applied to reduce bruising and swelling after trauma.

    Calendula (Calendula officinalis) - Has many herbal uses, it heals wounds, relieves inflammation and incrases beneficial immune responses. 

    Comfrey (Symphytum officinale) - Due to its anti-inflammatory properties, comfrey is commonly used to relieve muscle and joint pain.

    Peppermint (Mentha piperita) - Peppermint contains compounds that have anti-inflammatory properties, which can help reduce swelling and irritation.
